This thread from nf-core/funcscan turned out to be an issue with AMPcombi after all.

Thank you for reporting this issue here too @amizeranschi 💚

The problem turned out to be in the nf-core/ module itself rather than in AMPcombi and is now resolved there as well. More explanation to teh problem can be found in nf-core/funcscan#444
