Perhaps a new HUDCUSTOM.lua can be implimented that sits alongside HUD0.lua that the engine can load in and apply extra rules or conditions to anything happening in the HUD screens. A simple example is changing the rules for a particular item in the player inventory, wether it can be flagged to be able to be moved between other inventories or not, eg: chests. Or condtions for weight and or item sizes may come into play in this extra lua extension. Varied conditions could be applied to entities in hud control before movement/use. This may also facilitate extension sections within the inventory for specialised groups of entities.
