gas can exploding spaces an area, we are not in space

Issue Summary:

a full gas tank, when lit on fire, will explode with a devastation radius. and it seems the underfloor is not set so it defaults to a spaced floor.

pour line of gasoline from one gas tank
place gas tank on end of line
light from one end

watch as area is spaced (and probably grief PD for the round)

Specifically the bank vault wood flooring... forget which map but ill run some tests soon:tm: to see which floors space
