Datadog metric submission docs use older datadog-go library

The Readme in this repository directs users to these datadog documentation pages for examples of metric submissions.

The examples on that page use the older not-v5 library, which is I'd imagine not the recommended choice today.

My suggestion is updating docs.datadoghq.com pages to use the datadog-go/v5/ library
