Deliverable 4 - Block group maps for canvassing

This deliverable will be used by volunteers in EcoAction's door-to-door outreach program to invite citizens to receive free trees.

The following criteria should be met:

• allow volunteers to focus on a single block group
• include a map with streets visible so volunteers can orient themselves and track their progress
• include open plantable and trees planted previously data on map (to help with even finer grain targeting decisions)

The initial idea is to generate a pdf resource with one block group per page that could be printed and handed to a volunteer, who will then walk the streets contacting citizens.

I'll start working on the mapping part of this today. I'm thinking we could also include a list of the addresses where trees have previously been planted in that block group, organized by street name. I know EcoAction doesn't want to plant too many trees at the same house.

Nothing to show for yet. I'm having a tough time getting street names to show up without zooming in too far. My next idea is to learn about mapping layers and see if I can customize one to get those street names on there.
