Support storage of EML and other metadata types

To facilitate the onboarding of repositories that use common metadata standards outside of science-on-schema.org, mnlite should be able to host and serve multiple other metadata types (EML, ISO, Darwin Core, etc.). This will likely require the web UI and soscan/data storage pipelines to be reworked.
