Can't load Cyrillic Characters

I can put Cyrillic and other non-ASCII characters in .ink files, but they show up only as question marks in Unreal.

I am also running into this issue when testing with Chinese (Simplified) characters. Did you every find a solution?

Sorry, no. We ended up using another Unreal plugin, and then the project got cancelled.
