add serverless monorepo example

we need to add another example for git utils in https://github.com/DavidWells/packages/tree/master/packages/util-git-info/examples

we want to detect all changes in all sub folders containing serverless.yml / serverless.ts / serverless.js files

we also want to detect if corresponding package.json files in those dirs (or sub dirs of that directory) have changed

additionally we want to collect the function entry points from the serverless config files user functions.name.handler (this is the path to function)

What was added

Created a new comprehensive example at packages/util-git-info/examples/serverless-monorepo-detection.js that:

1. Detects serverless projects - Finds all directories containing serverless configuration files (serverless.yml, serverless.yaml, serverless.ts, serverless.js)

2. Tracks changes - Identifies which serverless projects have changed files in their directories or subdirectories

3. Monitors package.json - Specifically detects if package.json files in serverless directories have been modified

4. Extracts function handlers - Parses serverless config files to extract function entry points (functions.name.handler) and identifies which handler files have changed

5. Provides CI/CD output - Generates JSON output suitable for use in CI/CD pipelines to selectively deploy only changed serverless projects

The example follows the same pattern as the existing monorepo-package-detection.js example and includes detailed output showing:

• Which projects changed
• What types of changes occurred (modified/created/deleted)
• Which functions are affected
• Recommended actions for each changed project

The README has also been updated to include this new example in the Automation & CI/CD section.
