[Feature] Hopper or Chute interaction with Bamboo Drying Tray

I'm trying to automate making `dawnoftimebuilder:tea_leaves` because I added items for matcha and sencha items. 
I can add camellia leaves via the deployer, but I can't pull items out in a reliable way. Using a smart chute or filtered hopper would really help.
