nspector.Common.NvapiException: DRS_SetSetting failed: NVAPI_SETTING_NOT_FOUND

I have googled the previous resolution/fix to a similiar issue that suggests deleting "Drs" folder in ProgramData and/or re-installing everything (with DDU applied before) but it does NOT work. To be sure I took a formatted drive, did a fresh Win 10 installation with the same result: You cannot save any profile, you cannot load any either.

Same situation here. Old fix does not work.
