Too slow at generation, make it smaller & faster! #19
Description
It worked on my system didn't get any OOM messages BUT it's excruciatingly slow!
I changed it from video to image edit workflow.
To test if it will work on my system I run 1-step & 4-step tests,
simple edit test "change shirt color from grey to green"
It worked but 1-step took 37 minutes & 4-step took 1hr47m quality was shit, person face came out all distorted :(
BUT it did change shirt color to green!
Will try using Qwen-Lighting-Edit-Lora to see if it speeds up and improve output?!?
Usually on my system longest generation time is in Kscheduler & vae decode nodes,
I was expecting speed up in generation from your model because it generates directly in pixels!?!?
