Codox supports adding HTML to the head, using HTML Transformations so it should be possible to set up analytics for those pages as well. The tricky part would be only doing it for the hosted version, not the embedded version; currently codox only runs once and copies the API docs to both places. Alternately, the copy that is moved into the hosted docs could be transformed with a shell script.
