Hello DeepRoboticsLab team,

I'm looking for documentation on movement commands for basic locomotion.

Are there built-in movement commands for basic locomotion like:

  • Forward/Backward movement
  • Left/Right turning
  • Sidestepping (strafe)
  • Walking gaits (trot, walk, etc.)

If not built-in, what's the recommended approach for implementing movement:

  • Should I create custom gait patterns using direct joint control?
  • Are there example implementations or templates for walking gaits?
  • What are the recommended joint angle sequences for basic movement?
