Kind of request

Adding new functionality

Enhancement Description

Addition of forcing source 'map' for wind, rainfall, tide, surge (basically all types of SFINCS forcing) with an entry 'map_file' pointing to a file.
Currently, where it exists, source 'map' will automatically download gfs data.

Task list

Add 'map' source and 'map_file' (or similar) to event object. Update SFINCS_adapter functions to use setup_forcing_from_grid where necessary

Use case

Using GTSM data for tidal forcing and ERA5 for overland SFINCS forcing. Currently workaround in place to achieve this where setting up the forcing is handled outside FloodAdapt API.

Additional Context

Feature more generally useful as netcdf is a common output type of models and useful data APIs
