Increase Container Engine Portability

Extend the current calls to podman etc. and checks with a backend wrapper and have a seperate backend file in which we add all distrobox supported Container Engines.
It seperates manual logic from the distrobox calls and allows adding more Container Engined when distrobox supports even more.
