Hello,

I recently downloaded the Kraken2 PlusPF database from this link. I am wondering if it is possible to extract the genome of specific species from this database. Additionally, I would like to know if it’s possible to extract full-length rRNA sequences for certain species, particularly spanning 18S to 28S.

Could you please advise on how to achieve this, if it’s possible?
