Some datasets are laid out so that a column is given context by the column that came before it. For example, column 537 might have a label like, "Did the subject have diabetes?", and column 538 might have a less descriptive label like, "Is it new or ongoing?".
For these cases, it would be great if I could grab a column by name or number and be shown the n columns around it. Maybe a verb like pinch()?
