The project currently lacks crater detection, which can provide important insights for space mining by revealing subsurface materials in craters. This would improve terrain mapping and mining site evaluations.

I suggest adding an object detection model (e.g., YOLO, Faster R-CNN) to detect craters on celestial bodies. This will enhance the platform’s ability to analyze mining sites by automatically identifying and highlighting craters, offering better resource assessment and safer landing recommendations.
