Only if processes are running, inform that in this case these will be stopped before the application closes.

By doing this, you prevent the application and its processes from closing properly if it is closed by windows (if you turn off the PC for example). So I think it's better to leave it that way, unless you find a way to detect these system calls and make an exception.
