Shopping-Elf App - APPROVED

Customers like to believe that businesses understand them. The incorporation of mobile into the store allows tracking of their previous purchases and search history to target each customer as an individual with customized recommendations and repeatable baskets.Furthermore, mobile apps with inbuilt machine learning algorithms can remind users when they are likely to run out of groceries and help them prepare the to-buy list automatically. Customer scans reciepts on App, App stores analyzes data and user gets notifications on low inventory, automated shopping lists every month/weekly and nearest store suggestions. Buying patterns can be analyzed for diet and health products recommendations etc.

Project Implementation - Shopping-Elf App - Basket

Abstract:

This project describes solution implemented for common people who frequently buy groceries. User can upload bill receipts on Mobile Application, which captures all data, stores and processes it to provide inventory notifications. Automated shopping list is generated using machine learning algorithms on past data. Application enables user to e-mail shopping list.
