Channel Playlist

Add an option on a per channel basis to make a .m3u playlist file for the channel for Jellyfin and Plex. Ideally this would update when ever a new video is downloaded for that channel, and update daily on a scheduled task in case there are deleted videos.

Just for a little more detail here:
Would you want the .m3u playlist to be placed at the top level in the channel directory (eg, alongside the channel "poster.jpg")?
When I add this, I will likely make it optional, eg, you'd have to turn on "auto-generate channel playlist files" in the Configuration section.
I assume you'd also want it to auto-update when files are deleted or found to be missing (eg, then they would be removed from the playlist file).

Does this sound good?

Yes. Having it in the top level of the channel directory would be perfect. Everything sounds great to me.
