The majority of workflow status test cases were covered in #375. However, one that is still missing is for a workflow in a "pending" phase.

There's an ongoing github discussion with the argo workflows developers to try understand how to get a workflow in a "pending" phase: argoproj/argo-workflows#14119. Once that discussion reaches a conclusion, this missing test can be added.
