Ability to download a particular media file using message_id & other options

I have the following questions >>>

1. Ability to download a particular media file using the message_id?

2. Ability to download a group of media files (from the whole channel) by using the initial message_id up to the desired message_id?

3. Ability to download media files serial-wise as posted on the channel?

4. Ability to download a particular media category?

Because currently there are two problems which I'm facing while downloading a large number of files from a channel >>>

1. Missed media files are not re-downloading (I'm hopeful that the feature will soon be integrated).
2. When I'm changing the value of last_read_message_id to 0 the program is re-downloading the already downloaded files.

Kindly guide me in this issue and it would be helpful if you provide a resolution on the same.
