https://github.com/UBC-NSS/pgo/blob/master/manual.pdf still mentions ant but the build has apparently been migrated to gradle.

Thanks for the interest + actually trying to build the tool! And, apologies for the slow response.

A lot of things just happened (see PR #140 that just merged), which left all the documentation completely out of date (more so than before). PGo is now built via sbt, and has a completely changed architecture.

I will now begin rewriting the docs to reflect these changes (and all the others in the last several years).
