When creating purchase order from Sales order the currency changes from € to USD

When creating a purchase order form a sales order, the currency on the purchase order always changes from € to USD. Pls see the below images. The suppliers are having € registered as currency. Pls note that my suppliers basically are form other € member states.

In the first stepp all looks fine as you can see below

But then when I add a supplier name it changes to USD. The picture below is from a French supplier, and my company is French as well

No big fuss, but it is annoying having to change it manually, and one day I will forget to make the change. This issue isn’t new and did not come with version 19.0.4. It has been around for a while, but I just haven't taken the time to report it until now.

Steps to reproduce the behavior and expected behavior

Create the currency € and USD. Give € to the supplier. From a sales order create a purchase order and note haw the currency changes to USD

Hmmm ... I just made a another Purchase order from a Sales order, and the currency remained at €, so I don't know what is going in. I will investigate further.
