Blank screen While editing default tax rate of a product in Dolibarr V 20.0.2

We are receiving blank screen when we try to edit default tax rate of the product. We are using Second Tax and Third Tax (for INDIA). Screenshot attached is after enabling error display option in PHP setting

I cannot reproduce with 20.0.2 amd 8.1 can you provide more information? I tested with a single tax.
