Set alphabetically grouping on developers list

Current behavior

1. The actual developers list, when the application calls the endpoint, it returns all the subscribed developers.

Expected behavior

1. Configure developers list to be grouped alphabetically by name.
2. Should show the availables grouped letter, so the user could jump directly to that group.
