Provide downloadable Document | 提供可下载的文档

@Sleepwalking Hi, I know there is an online version at https://dreamtonics.com/synthv/scripting/ , but things would become easier if there is a completed API reference in my computer(SV would eat most of my CPU ang my browser would do the same). Also, providing a full set of document is helping us translate them into other language(e.g. Chinese). This would be faster if more people can take part in.
So, I personally suggest providing a set of markdown file.
I know this project is not an open-source one, but it is a good example that Baidu provided a pdf file for its OCR API.

您好！我知道文档在 https://dreamtonics.com/synthv/scripting/ 上有，但是能下载下来看还是方便一些（编辑器够吃性能了，还要带浏览器实在是带不动）。并且提供完整的文档有利于翻译为其他语言（如中文）。大家都来翻译可能会快一些。
所以我建议提供一套markdown格式的文档。
我清楚这不是一个开源项目，但是渣成百度都为它的OCR接口提供了一份文档。
