Option to configure a custom url on the new tab page

Since this plugin takes over new tab handling it would be nice if we could set a custom url as the new tab page.

I've tried using plugins like https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/new-tab-override/ but they all interfere with STG:

@MathieuDR you'll probably have to wait for the change to get into a release. Unless you want to use the addon from source.
