Some sort of incompatibility with CE self tending

Happens pretty consistently when CE and Rimkits are both loaded and a firefight breaks out. This issue was also reported on the discord, where the user claimed 'both mods define a JobDef of 'TendSelf'. Might be of use in trying to track down the issue.
