Is the video shown in the project obtained by calling two separate model processes twice using the video.py file?

I would like to ask if the video shown in the project containing the human body and car attitude estimation is obtained using the video.py file processed twice using different models? One model for human pose and one model for vehicle pose estimation. Thanks for your help.
