C# repo question - framework

Hi guys.. I noticed @slyworme has created a branch with a project that targets Framework 4.6.1.

I'd like to work in a more recent tech i.e. .NET 7.0.. nothing wrong with older frameworks, and people do still use them, I just don't work in them.

also can we move the src into a folder called src .. :)
