If I click the "row-wise" link on this page, the reformatted table is displayed as expected. However, as the page in question is not part of the ToC, the ToC on the LHS contracts and I lose my place in the document.

To remove this inconvenience, the row-wise table should be added on the same page as the col-wise table and the link and additional un-ToCed(!) page deleted.
