On mobile/safari, selecting “empty all” in a header menu causes the module slots to separate out.

Selecting and unselecting the header menu resets the spacing.

Selecting a module type to fill the slots in the header menu when the slots are empty causes the “Rolodex effect”.

Again, selecting and deselecting the header menu resets the spacing to normal.
