Bulkheads missing engineering effects in JSON export #880
Description
Bulkhead engineering upgrades are missing when a ship build is exported to JSON. They are not missing when a ship build is exported to SLEF.
See attached images. Heavy Duty + Deep Plating are listed in the SLEF, but not in the JSON.
