It turns out parsing NAS messages is important. We are going to have to write a NAS parser. Since there isn't a useful ASN file for LTE-NAS we are going to have to write a parser a different way. I think our best bet here is FFI bindings into the parsers from wireshark, which already has a robust dissector for NAS messages.
