Tracking issue for New Classics support #415

Please drop any issues related to the NC importer and MM+ mod loading here, so I can keep track of them properly. Sending example DSCs or CSFMs is appreciated.
Known issues so far:
- Mods using inline tables will not load properly due to our custom toml parser
- The base game DSC is not merged with the NC DSC to provide extra timing information (could be the cause of New Classics loader: Editor crashess upon trying to load some megamix+ NC charts #374)
- The game might not be loading mods in the same order as the mod loader
- Sustains produced by later versions of comfy seem to be different from the earlier forks, so the import heuristic is wrong
