There's two files of "transcript quantifications" without any reasonable way to tell them apart in the metadata file ?

Apologies if this not the correct place for this:

V29 seems to create two files called "transcript quantifications", one from rsem and a new one from kallisto.
This is only visible, somewhat, in the "Association graph", but completely invisible in metadata files (both in the file-details tab on the site, but also in the metadata file that comes from bulk-downloading).

So the only way I can see to get the files I want is to clicky-click my way through the site which defeats the purpose of having an API

May I suggest you give distinctive filenames? Maybe transcript_quantifications_rsem and transcript_quantifications_kallisto ?
