Surface text control not effective

If you modify an encoding, Qororyo does not check anymore that the new encoding matches the surface text.

Test case : if you take Gn 2:1, delete the existing encoding, and replace with a random encoded word, >MR[ for instance, you can save the new encoding even though it does not match the surface text.
