C++ generate helper currently only does a single module type

We currently only generate a scanner with a single module type. The analysis is supposed to cope with multiple module types, but I actually found a bug (related to energy bins) in it.

We need to be able to create an example scanner with multiple module types therefore, for illustration but also bug fixing.

#168 fixed this, except for the C++ generator. Not urgent though...
