Publish existing guidance on writing task pages form template and propose new guidance that will be sent out for feedback at the 2nd GAM

We need to surface the guidance on writing task pages out of the template and into either

• A task page - a bit meta - A how to write a task page task.
  • There will be a task page on writing a research software story - but that has more of a research software quality/evaluation angle than writing a task page itself - so perhaps this is different
• updating the contributors guidelines with more specific information on writing a task page
  • Seems like a natural place for it

This has been partially met by #543

For the GAM 3-4 Feb 2026 the EB is planning a document to say what we believe should be in a task page to get feedback - once that is done and agreed and published then this issue will be fully done.
