Headings on GreenPhysECS research software story page need tweaking

There's two minor issues with the headings on the GreenPhysECS research software story page:

• The headings looked odd, turns out this was due to being bolded by the automation drafting process
• The Community headings have updated in the template since this was created, so this needs to be updated.

There is a draft PR in #582 to fix this
