Issue with connnecting

Guys, i have some problems with connecting to the server.
Address that is used is join.earthmc.net


I tried to change dns (cloudflare, google, opendns), but it doesn't help me.
I also tried to use VPN, and i actually can see server online (without vpn i can't see that in Minecraft), but i still cannot connect.

In cmd all's good

I live in Russia btw, maybe that info will help you to help me...
