3D Data

Hello!
3D data is not supposed to work, right? Or is it me?

There's no

elseif d == 3

in splines_filter.jl and if I add it and call filter_coeffs_3d I get an error about a missing ccoefs variable. The function seems to use both coefs and ccoefs.
