Add support for UI display of multiple Service links of the same service type

Some metadata records can contain more than one service link* of the same type (e.g. a single data source might provide data at 4 different scale resolutions, and therefore could have 4 WMS service endpoints).

Current behavior in the ODP UI is that just the first of each type of service link is displayed.

*This issue is not specific to service type links - some contributors may have more than one web resource they want to point to (multiple contributing institution home pages for example).

Any resource might have multiple distributions, each with a distinct link. E.g. a dataset accessed as csv, xls, mdb, and through one or more web services,e.g. wms, wfs, OData, custom API... These various links would show up as separate MD_DigitalTransferOptions in some metadata, and as different SV_OperationMetadata/connectPoint in other metadata profiles.
