if you have heishamon paralel to taw, you could enable hex dump in heishamon and share log while pressing that button in cloud.. |

There is isolated command ( in ProtocolByteDecrypd.md , at the end) from beginning , to do this ( the same command ,with reboot HP) , but it was decided not to implement it... But first i would focus on Error H23 it self . It is the error of sensor ,with reads the parameter called in Heishamon TOP51 Inside_Pipe_Temp. Maybe it is something wrong with it ? It not fit properly ( then measure something else what it should). |

And true temperature is? Have you measured it? You could attach some dallas temperature sensors in parallel.. also it would be great to measure it's resistance.. |

Yes, I measured it with an external temperature probe I attached to the pipe. Readings were identical (but this defrost cycle only went down to -24 °C) |

You can use at the end SendRawValue command.... EDIT: And please remember , to switch HP to off ( with SetHeatpump =0 command ) and wait some seconds , then do the reboot). |

OK, thanks. However, I have since been informed that it also works using the “http://192.168.XXX.XX/command?SetReset=1” restapi command. Thanks anyway |

Is it possible to add the “Error reset” switch?
Some Leisha have the problem with error H23 and then the heat pump switches off and goes into fault mode.
At the moment there are only two ways to get the pump running again.
Either directly on the heat pump terminal or in the Panasonic Service Cloud.
Therefore, it should also be possible to implement this function in Heishamon, which allows the option of a script to work around the problem.
