Hey, the only reason I have not released wdl-packager yet is because Cromwell will start supporting nested zips from 49 onwards. (Nested zips did not work before because of a bug broadinstitute/cromwell#5312). So I intended to wait until the release of cromwell 49.

If it will make your lives easier I can release it straight away.
