What should be included in the next release?
- update README
- build 32 bit x86 with MSVC. This is important for our vcpkg.
- MSYS2 package as well?
- Enable FM Synth by default in CMake done
- fix EAS_SetSoundLibrary and EAS_LoadDLSCollection done
