Add example code for transaction creation

Hi Team,

It will very helpful if there can be full examples added for various operations that needs to be performed. This would include but not limited to -

• Transaction for vote delegation to a DRep and creating delegation cert (abstain/DRep ID)
• Transaction creation for voting to a GA
• Transaction for creating a new DRep
• Stake registration and creating stake registraion cert
• Stake delegation cert and transaction submission

If this exists, can you please share the documentation with some explanation for the functions to be used and parameters to be added.
There is very limited documentation and very difficult to get started with the library.
