Welcome page flow text not scaling right #1

On the welcome page, the flow text does not scale as expected. Desired result:

"Welcome to Full-Plate" should always be the width of the page
The text should not wrap around, rather scale down with smaller apps
Text should not get dramatically smaller on different screens

Currently, it does not achieve these goals. It scales way too quickly, and gets very small for small screens.
